Please find below the costs and conveyancing fees for the sale or purchase of a residential property which is either:

50,001 – 100,000 £400.00 plus VAT
100,001- 150,000 £450.00 plus VAT
150,001- 250,000 £500.00 plus VAT
250,001- 300,000 £550.00 plus VAT
300,001- 350,000 £600.00 plus VAT
350,001-450,000 £650.00 plus VAT
450,001-500,000 £700.00 plus VAT

Additional Fees

We reserve the right to charge additional fees in the event that additional work is required throughout the transaction. Every house sale/purchase is different and once we know the legal facts during the course of the transaction we can give you an indication of any additional legal costs that may be incurred to keep you aware of the costs upfront. We want to be as transparent as possible and therefore would always advise you first before incurring any additional fees are charged on the work we do for you.

What do the fees include -:

Our fees cover all the work we do from setting your file up to completion of your transaction (sale/purchase/re-mortgage). This also includes all post completion matters and dealing with the payment of stamp duty land tax (stamp taxes) if the Property is in England or Land Transaction Tax (Land Tax) if the property is in Wales.
