Miss S awarded £1300 in compensation after third party admit liability

Accident circumstances

Miss S was correctly proceeding along the road when the third party failed to observe and negligently collided into the rear of her car. After searching on Google Miss S came across our website and contacted the road traffic accident claims team and instructed us to pursue a claim on her behalf.

Third party insurer’s position

Initially the third party admitted liability but later advised they were denying liability and investigating matters. We then received correspondence stating liability was admitted.

–        After receiving expert advice off a barrister Shazad made contact with the third party to negotiate settlement of the claim without the need to issue court proceedings. We proposed the claim be settled in the sum of £1300 to which the third party agreed to £1300 in personal injury compensation.

Miss S was satisfied with the increased offer and instructed us to accept the same.
